Service scope

KOLMKT provides campaign intake, creator profile structuring, opportunity discovery and managed handoff to StarGemini Media Limited. A generated profile or submitted instruction is not a confirmed campaign, creator booking, quotation or availability guarantee.

Accurate information

Users must submit information they are authorized to provide and keep it accurate. Creator metrics, rates and audience claims may be reviewed before use in a client recommendation.

Public opportunities

Only authorized opportunity summaries are displayed publicly. Creators must follow applicable platform rules, advertising disclosure requirements and campaign-specific brand safety or category restrictions.

Commercial agreements

Any creator deliverables, fees, payment terms, licensing, exclusivity, revisions and cancellation rights are governed by a separate written agreement or confirmed order. Applying or registering does not create employment, agency or exclusivity.

Acceptable use

Do not submit unlawful, misleading, infringing, malicious or confidential third-party material without authorization. Automated scraping, interference and attempts to access non-public data are prohibited.
